4-SEP-96 -- Minor Update

Minor change of title page, added another 10 sites or so. Haven't counted yet. Updated the References/FAQ section, cut about 5-10 links there as those are obsolete, so it comes out to be even.

3-SEP-96 -- News Flash / Minor Update

Was informed that the Vintage Hollywood Site and Andrew's Weekly Picks will pick Star Trek Nexus as a pick of the week later. Will add their reciprocal links when confirmed. Also asked to add a reciprocal link to Rossgita's Widest Range, which is pretty good. :-) Redesigned the title page YET AGAIN. I like this new one much better. Will keep the old one temporarily as startre3.htm and ask for opinions.
